KIDS & FAMILIES

Can I bring children to OnSight?

All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian while on premises.

Children, who are 5 years (or older) may only climb from open to 5:30PM during weekdays. Weekends & Public holidays are for 13 years (or older) only.

Children under 5 years old are not permitted to climb.

All children and supervisors must follow our Safety & Supervision Requirements below. At OnSight, we take the safety of all our customers very seriously. We have strict guidelines and supervision rules in place to make sure everyone enjoys themselves safely and respectfully.

Safety & Supervision Requirements

All children and their supervisor(s) must be taken through a safety induction before the first climbing session. The following supervision requirements must be abided by:

5 – 9 years old

At least 1 supervising parent (or adult guardian) for every 2 children between the ages of 5 and 9 (inclusive).

10 – 12 years old

At least 1 supervising parent (or adult guardian) for every 3 children between the ages of 10 and 12 (inclusive).

13 – 15 years old

At least 1 supervising parent (or adult guardian) for every 6 children between the ages of 13 and 15 (inclusive).

16 – 17 years old

Children, who are 16 to 17 years old do not require supervision.

We understand that groups may have multiple children of different age ranges. OnSight staff will apply common sense and enforce all Safety & Supervision Requirements.
